Refunds
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process, as we do not have access to payment information or the ability to process refunds.
Premium Content
Certain content, features, or functionality may be designated as "Premium" and require purchase to access. Free features remain available without purchase.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our applications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Use our applications for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to any third party
Intellectual Property
Our applications and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Hiawatha Studios, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
